Use of Hide My Text

Hide My Text is provided to help users encrypt text locally before sending it through the platform they prefer. You are responsible for how you use the app and for complying with applicable laws and platform rules.

Local Data and Recovery

Your vault, recovery phrase, contacts, keys, hidden text, and backups are controlled by you. Hide My Text does not operate an account system or server backup. If you lose your recovery phrase or backup material, we may not be able to help recover your data.

Subscriptions

If subscription features are offered, purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscription plans may renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.

Free Trials

If a free trial is available, eligible users may receive the trial period shown in the app and App Store purchase sheet. After the trial, the subscription renews at the displayed price unless canceled before the trial ends.

No Warranty

The app is provided as is, without guarantees that it will meet every need or be available at all times. You should keep your own secure copies of recovery phrases and backups.
